1. A ‘Transaction Confirmation with Transaction Number’ will be sent via email to you within one (01) working day upon completion of your ticket purchase with payment charged. Note: It is important that you provide us with a valid email address. Blu Inc will not be held responsible for non-delivery of ‘Transaction Confirmation’ due to incorrect email address provided.
  2. Once confirmed, a ticket purchase may not be cancelled, exchanged or refunded. Blu Inc Media will not be responsible for wrong entry (number of tickets purchased, mailing address, email address, contact details) into the system by the participant themselves.



  1. Refund will only be entertained In the event your credit card is charged but spots are not secured, Blu Inc will refund to you IN FULL the amount charged. Blu Inc Media will not be responsible if you encounter any loss in internet connection during the payment process.
  2. Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  3. To be eligible for a refund, please present proof of purchase.

Refund procedures (if applicable)

Once your proof of purchase is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your proof. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 45 days.
