Join our hands on cooking workshop by Norwegian Seafood Council with some of their recipes recommendation. We’re inviting talented cooks / individual who can show off their skills in our best cooking workshop ever yet! Whip up a quick yet tantalising meal based on the 3 recipes provided. You’ll stand a chance to win amazing prizes!

 

Participants will be doing the hands on workshop on 20th April 2019, 10AM – 1PM @ KDU University College, Glenmarie Shah Alam.

 

At this workshop, you’ll learn to cook ONE of these three mouth-watering Norwegian fjord trout dishes in Malaysian flavours:
 Pan-Fried Norwegian Fjord Trout With Crispy Shallot And Garlic Tamarind Sauce
 Red Curry Norwegian Fjord Trout
 Grilled Sambal Stuffed Norwegian Fjord Trout
